Returns/exchanges are accepted up to 14 days after purchase. All items returned/exchanged must be in new, unworn condition. Return or exchange shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Jewelry, gift, sale and pre-order items are final sale and will not be exchanged/returned. 

BPB reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that appear to be worn or damaged after delivery. Coupon codes are not applicable to previous purchases.
